We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users, developers, and content partners to do the same. This policy outlines how we handle claims of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Indian copyright laws.
1. Copyright Ownership
Gamevoi hosts HTML5 games and digital assets either:
- Developed in-house by our team,
- Acquired through commercial licenses,
- Sourced from verified open-license game repositories, or
- Provided by developers/partners with redistribution rights.
We do not intentionally host or distribute any copyrighted content without permission.
2. DMCA Infringement Notices

To be effective under the DMCA, your notification must include:

3. Counter Notification
If you believe that the content was wrongly removed or that you have the right to use it, you may file a counter-notification by writing to us at the same email above. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
- A description and URL of the removed content.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts and acceptance of service of process from the complainant.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days, unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
We reserve the right to permanently ban users or partners who are found to be repeat infringers or who consistently upload copyrighted material without permission.
